tibet peace guest house was my best stay in kathmandu. big clean room, helpful staff, and safe for solo female travelers. exceeded expectations!

Shady exterior, made me skeptical.

One of the highlights of my stay at this guest house was the in-house restaurant. The tasty and mouth-watering cuisines served there were like a symphony of flavors dancing on my taste buds.

Traffic noise.

Helpful and reasonably good staff and the place was clean. The rooms were new-fashioned and neat with a delicious breakfast, the most comfortable beds in Nepal, all the necessities, just what we needed.

The hotel staff was unreliable.

Got good-sized and well-organised room with a single bed and free WiFi and hot shower.

Wi-Fi was horrible.

Amazing stay during New Year's! Rooms were clean and spacious, with hot water and good wifi. The staff was incredibly helpful, arranging transport and finding great deals despite the fuel crisis. The location was perfect, right at the edge of Thamel and within walking distance to the city and Syambunath. The breakfast offered a great variety, with eggs and roasted potatoes that were absolutely delicious.

Honestly, I can't think of any negatives about this place. The whole experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to others.

The agreed time for breakfast was not kept. The locals know better when you really have to be on the bus ..

Clean rooms, hot shower, fast wifi even in upper floor. Helpful staff. Convenient location near shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Garden of dreams and Durbar Square.

The location was marvellous, at a short distance from a lush garden. It was fairly clean, neat and cheap room.

Their rooms are always great-sized and brand-new with comfortable beds and the bathroom, for instance. Peaceful location so close to the cafe, a `` tunnel '' that goes directly into Z street in the Thamel, and easy transport to-and-from the sightseeing locations in Kathmandu, it's central.

the location it offers is great, very close to the kathmandu airport and an alleyway into the heart of thamel and restaurants and shops. we were very impressed and would stay there again.

The hotel was comfortable and little and I liked the streets of Kathmandu. The staff was really friendly the whole time of my stay. Booked a room with a very comfy bed. The coffee, tea, butter, bread and jam for breakfast were much appreciated. The location was favourable, for example, a neo classical historical garden was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

I keep coming back for my stay because Tibet Peace Guest House has helpful staff and everything I need - free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a bar, and a restaurant. They even printed important documents for me. I'll be back for Easter.
